Constitutional law — Constitution of Zimbabwe 1980 — s 18(8) — protection against self-incrimination — whether a person can before his trial be forced to give evidence which might incriminate him — "trial" — meaning — directive from Minister under s 33(1) of Exchange Control Regulations 1977 requiring person to produce information etc — not ultra vires s 18(8) of the Constitution.
